Event planning FAQ
How far in advance should we book an event planner in Kochi?
For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is ideal, because popular venues and dates during the November to February season fill early. Corporate events and smaller celebrations can often be planned in four to eight weeks. If your date is closer, call us; we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
How much does event management cost?
It depends on the guest count, venue, décor scope and whether you want full planning or day-of coordination. After a short brief we send an itemised proposal so you can see where the budget goes and adjust any line before committing.
Do you plan destination weddings in Kerala?
Yes. We plan weddings at backwater resorts in Kumarakom and Alappuzha, hill venues in Munnar and beach venues in Varkala and Fort Kochi, including guest travel, accommodation and rain contingency plans.
Can you work with vendors we have already booked?
Yes. We coordinate your existing vendors alongside ours and include them in the run sheet, so everyone works to the same timings on the day.
Do you handle corporate events outside Kochi?
Yes. We run conferences, launches and offsites across Kerala and can travel with our core team for events elsewhere in South India.
